I am a BCST facilitator who is skilled to listen to life and its rhythms in facilitating health in people. This Course is designed to help come home to silence and stillness, and hopefully a little more of your own self in appreciating health, wealth and wisdom. This Course incorporates facets from the SoundsOfSilence series that form a body of music called Mookaambika.
