What is covered in this Course

We are humans, but have the body of a male, female or a combination of the two. Coming from different backgrounds, having different occupations through the day and different goals in life, no two people are the same. Come right down to basics, we don’t really want to be another person coz they may be headed to hell and you to another destination while they may be ‘cool’ now and the ‘in’ thing grabbing attention in a way that is not healthy for who you are, where you are headed or what your life is about. They could also just be at a pHd level while you may have barely begun primary school in the field you are interested in. You could be prematurely injuring yourself trying to be like someone else. Suffering is a consequence and happiness stays a thing in the distance, like a mirage you can achieve but always elusive. Disease is also a consequence.

When I am vibrating at the frequency of someone else, I also find I am slowing down or even devolving from who I need to be to bring into existence what only I can, and for which I have a complementary partner in life whom I need to dance with in bringing into existence; going out of step in this waltz won’t do.

Being ‘me’ is the least we could do to maintain a noninflammatory presence; it keeps the ‘substance’ that you are intact while becoming better consistent with the stage of development you are in while you maintain self-respect, honor ability and dignity in being an apple in a forest of fruits, saving a lot of undue dis-ease in the quality of life. Also, it saves a lot of money.

Marianne Williamson says that 'it is not the dark but the light within us that we most fear' coz it could set the forest on fire and there have been many a fires that history has had to put out because it blazed a little too strong to handle or it burned in a way that was inconducive to humane society.

In the movie, Turning Red, the Red Panda is represented as the light within us that we most fear. In it also is said that managing the Red Panda has been a difficulty most women face once they hit puberty to the point that some suppress or ignore the pangs of the Red Panda within them. Men are not an exception to having their own Dark Lords within them. Women and Men burn in their own personal hell simmering with their Red and Dark Pandas with an occasional volcano letting know what has been simmering within.

There is a better way to manage this: Yoga, Nirbeeja Yoga®️ style.

Yoga is not about being peaceful and having a perfect poise on the Himalayas or during a certain time set aside for ‘doing’ yoga but a way of having your life come together in harmonious organic song and dance in tandem with natural laws of being and becoming organic (part of the organism that is life).

In 1974, the first intentional radio message was sent to outer space via the Arecibo telescope in Puerto Rico. {link here}. This was probably the 1st sign that the human race was beginning to heal well enough to send a signal encompassing basic identifier details, as proof of clean authenticity and reach out to life outside to connect, like a heart would when well enough to be true, respectful, honourable, with a dignity that is a signal in and of itself of grace, beauty, and poise - as in a yoga of several facets into a harmonious whole.

Radio, which in Indo-Aryan group of languages is called Aakaashavani, is also sometimes thought to be the impersonal message from the Divine, informing the known of things yet unthought of but which would make how things are now better, healthier even.

If we consider that astrophysicists estimate it will take about 13.5 billion light years for a signal sent now from Earth to reach bodies that first formed during Big Bang and then to return back to Earth as an echo, then perhaps Aakashavani makes conceptual sense if we consider that those old bodies may be sending voice messages too uninterpreted as radio signals. {Some call it grandmother advices or voices of ancients/lost sounds/voices from the river of unmindfulness et al.}

If we consider that a human body is a rocket on treadmill mode, then perhaps the Arecibo message would be interpreted as a callout from a person to anysobody who would care to listen and connect to communicate. {Who, then, would be an 'alien?'}

If we further consider that this person is like water in an oasis sanitizing the salt and silt like Earth is in this big wide universe keeping life alive, then this Course is like the watering hole from which people who care enough to live civilly can take regular drinks of in learning to create humane #humanityacrossboundaries societies.

Meristem Intelligence® regards that this place we call Reality is AllThatThereIs and there are things we know of and things we dont know of, and both would fill encyclopedias - several of them - and needs to be studied as part of education in University.com of Almighty.Inc/AllThatThereIs in being human.

This Author (Bitha Sadanandan) happen to live life inquiring into what is missing the presence of which would make a difference in being human and being alive, and ended up reinventing the Wheel the conglomerate of several of them would be called i ching, perhaps, that is a textbook that has umpteen interpretations but has helped humanity form civilizations that are in several levels of sanity but could do a lott better if understood as it needs to be. Incidentally, meanwhile since its creation, mankind has gotten away from some basic maintenance practices by which to be human enough to interpret the textbook and several others of its kind sufficiently.

This Course documents with an intention to teach, as the Arecibo message did, on how to be human from our body as the heart (big-hearted people!) so that the cardiac muscle just about in the center of our chest doesnt have to deal with the pressure of being the benevolent one but can simply pump blood well enough to maintain the whole garden of life that is the body with the head being like the mountainhead vaporing good clean rainclouds refilling waterbodies 365 days a year.

This Course documents an Ekadashi - a set of 11 practices over 11-day cycles that helps have a good head on a good shoulder to come home to a body-sanitizing namaste in preparation for the body to become the heart {Garden of Eden/Garden of Life}. Over time, with regular practice in small doable increments, one should be able to maintain ongoing betterment/ennoblement in a way that would be homing in the scatterbrained/distracted sheshnag (snake-haired Medusa) into a civilised harmonious musical bodied instrument (like a flute with at least 9/10 holes depending on gender) who would be pleasant to live around and form humane civilizations, like the river of life which reflects joy and springtime news by which to maintain life.

Dasha, while meaning 10, is also another word for flesh in some languages. Ekadashi, then, would mean 'being the one' from the flesh as the personal ground (dharma) for being so an 'individual' as a word has a literal meaning and one becomes the smallest unit of a civil human vertebrate society.

One should be ‘cooking’ over time into a sense of dashi (Japanese style stock) as base flavor of the kind of person in water-essence one is.
